Shipping, Returns, and Cancelations


Shipping Information

 

Shipping of all products via UPS will be insured for their full value, ensuring that your expensive piece of Jewelry arrives safely and on time. SHIPPING VIA USPS is NOT fully ensured, and is only offered as a lower cost shipping solution. Selecting USPS as your shipping method on a ring will open yourself up to the mercy of United States Postal System's claims department, should anything go missing. 
International shipping options will be limited to FedEX and DHL.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
The ring is guaranteed to be as described in the advertisement/selected size. If it proves to be anything outside of that, I will gladly replace or adjust it as needed provided it be returned to me within 30 days of purchase in unworn condition. If however the ring proves to be the wrong size for your finger, but does prove to be the size stated in the advertisement, returning the ring in an unworn condition within 30 days of purchase will credit your account the purchase price (minus shipping costs) towards a custom ring at current pricing in your size. Outside of 30 days, contact me to make arrangements towards a fair settlement that works for both of us. 
We want you to be extremely happy with your ring and appreciate you supporting a small, US business.

 

Cancelations on Classes:

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Because our spaces are limited and our demand is high, refunding your space without much notice means nothing other then an empty spot that would have otherwise been filled and a loss to the business. If you’ve got a week or two of notice, and you’d like to move to another scheduled day/time- if there’s space, let’s talk.
If you can’t attend your class, we will offer to try to sell your spot on your behalf. Assuming we can successfully sell your space, you’ll get a full refund which you can use towards a future class. If you’re getting in touch with us just before your class- and we can’t fill your spot on your behalf- that spot wasn’t available to others that wanted it, you have it, it’s yours. Sorry. : /
We’re going to try to work with you the best we can, but just remember that refunding your spot with little notice means we loose money and someone else didn't get to join us.
Get in touch, as soon as possible- we’ll try to move you to an open spot or try to sell your spot on your behalf.

Private classes are non refundable. Once you set a date, you own it- and we defend that date and turn down other business on that date.
